Upcoming Offerings and Releases

The Trailblazing the Way mentorship program, formerly known as Braving the Way, served the dissociative community for three successful years. It has since been thoughtfully re-envisioned as an at-home, self-paced parts course designed to support internal communication, selves-care, and healing outside of a clinical therapy framework. This course is anticipated to launch later this spring.

In addition, the Adrienne & Co. DID system plans to release a second poetry book later this spring, continuing their shared creative and expressive work.

Dr. Adrienne is also currently developing new educational courses in collaboration with the Arizona Trauma Institute and Leading Edge Seminars. She serves on the Advisory Council of the You Are My Light Foundation, which is building restorative centers for survivors of human trafficking, and provides mentorship to young adult women through the Women Making Waves program.

Dr. Adrienne is a contributing writer for Psychology Today. Her column, Keeping It Real & Resilient: Understanding Dissociative Identities, can be found on the Psychology Today website.

Professional Name Transition and Rebrand

Dr. Adrienne is currently in the process of formally transitioning her professional name from Dr. Adrian Fletcher to Dr. Adrienne. This change reflects a conscious reclaiming of identity and an evolution in how she shows up in the world and in her work.

During this transition, some professional records and publications may still reference Dr. Adrian Fletcher. All such references reflect the same individual and body of work.

This name change coincides with a broader rebrand of her professional identity, one that more fully aligns her voice, values, lived experience, and heart-centered mission. Updates will continue to be shared here as this transition unfolds.
